Choosing the word SAJJAN for our immigration firm is a way for us to pay tribute to our late grandfather and at the same time it will constantly remind us of the type of work we should do for our clients.
Amandeep Kaur, the RCIC-IRB, owner and founder of Sajjan Immigration Services, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration consultant with a Class L3 license allowing her to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. She holds active membership status with CICC and is in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants(CICC) which gives peace of mind to the clients. She combines deep expertise in Immigration laws and policies with a commitment to personalized service. Along with that, she brings over 10 years of experience in customer service.
She completed her graduate diploma in Immigration and Citizenship law from Queens University, Kingston and her postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo. Her interest has always been in Immigration law, having navigated the process herself initially in obtaining a study permit, work permit and permanent residency through the express entry process. She understands the immigration process first hand along with the experience of starting out in a foreign country.
She came as an international student to Canada in 2015, she went through all the challenges that immigrants face daily. She understands that the immigrant life is a journey of courage, adaptation, and perseverance. It’s about leaving behind the familiar to embrace the unknown, facing obstacles with resilience, and finding opportunities for growth and fulfilment in a new homeland. It’s a story of resilience, hope, and the pursuit of dreams in the face of uncertainty.
